Windsor held at Thatcham

9:53am Mon 8th Feb 10

Windsor and Eton battled hard for a 0-0 draw at in-form Thatcham Town in Division One South and West on Saturday.

The runaway league leaders were pushed all the way at Waterside Park with keeper Rob Bullivant forced into making a fine second half save to keep the scores level.

Michael Chennells went closest to breaking the deadlock for the visitors but the striker couldn't find a way through to add to the four goals he'd scored in his last two games.

Second placed AFC Totton won 2-1 against Uxbridge to close the gap between them and the Royalists to 15 points.
