Here is a guide to some of the events in your area this weekend....
Saturday
A fundraising fete is being held by Kool Kidz Klub.
The nursery school in All Saints Avenue, Maidenhead is organising the event on July 4 to raise money for outdoor play equipment.
Running from 12-4pm it will include a raffle, a new and second hand toy sale, cake stall, tombola, barbecue, face painting and lots more.
Woodlands Park Village Centre is the site of Shottesbrooke and Waltham churches summer fete from 2pm. The mayor will officially open events, which will include various stalls.
Locally produced foods will be on sale at Windsor Farmers' Market between 9am and 1pm in St Leonard's Road between the Firestation Arts Centre and East Berkshire College.
Come and support The Kaffirs of Cookham Dean at their annual pig roast event at The Jolly Farmer in Cookham Dean. The whole pig will be roasted from 5pm onwards and a barbeque with sausages and burgers can also be enjoyed. The village charity that raises money for a number of causes will also have a barbeque with burgers and sausages going. Great desserts an outside bar and side shows and stalls can also be enjoyed.
Join in with the fun at Holy Trinity School's summer fete at the school in Cookham. Gates at the school in School Lane, will be open from 12midday. There will be a range of activities including rodeo bull, sumo wrestling and saloon shootout. Stalls will be selling books, cakes, plants and toys.
The annual Windsor Championship Dog Show runs all this weekend in Home Park.
The show, which is known as the Summer Crufts, is expected to attract more than 10,000 British top dogs not to mention many from the continent all competing for the show's top honours.
Today is the turn of the terriers and utility dogs, and Sunday is working and pastoral.
There are numerous Trade Stands, where literally anything can be purchased for your dog.
Breed judging starts each day at 10am. Admission to the show for visitors is £3, Children under 14 is £1 and Concessions £1.
Join in the community fun at Datchet Village fete at Churchmead School, Priory Way, Datchet from 12.30pm to 4pm.
Braywood First School is holding its summer fair, Oakley Green Road, Oakley Green from noon to 2pm.
Wooburn Green donkey derby is taking place from 12-4.30pm, featuring races and totes betting, a mini fairground, barbecue and more. Organised by First Bourne End club scout group and will be held in Wooburn Park.
Lynch Hill Primary School in Slough will have a beer tent, crazy golf and much more at its annual grand summer fair from 1-5pm.
Food and football will be the emphasis during Ellington Primary School's summer fete from 10am-2pm
Cakes, ice-cream and a selection of curries will be available for spectators to enjoy while events including a beat-the-goalie competition and five-aside football tournament take place on the playing field at the school in Cookham Road, Maidenhead.
A street party is bein held to pay tribute to pop legend Michael Jackson, who died suddenly last week.
The party will be held from 2pm on the public green in Hampden Road, Langley and it was the idea of 11-year-old Natasha Whitfield.
There will be music, ballons, and robot/thriller fancy dress.
Sunday
Experience a taste of the Caribbean in the themed Charvil Village Fete at Park Lane from 1.30-4.30pm. Includes entertainment from a steel band and a dance display by Equinox at 2.30pm.
Carrington School in Chapel Road, Flackwell Heath, will hold a summer fayre on Sunday. There will be lots of charity and arts and craft stalls with a bouncy castle, raffle, games, silent auction, barbeque, refreshments and a bar.
