E-fit released after woman in 70s burgled in home

An e-fit of a man has been released following a distraction burglary in Slough.

The police want to speak to him in connection with the incident on February 26 when a woman in her 70s was burgled.

At 1pm a man knocked at the door selling household items. She agreed to buy some and went inside to get some money, leaving the front door open.

The man came in and asked her to fill his water bottle, saying he was a diabetic and needed to take some tablets, she filled the bottle for him and he left.
Afterwards the victim noticed that cash was missing from a drawer.

The man in the e-fit is white, in his 50s, about 5ft 5ins tall and stocky. He was wearing a dark jacket.
