- I always thought Marlow police station was shut to the public. When I went there to hand in a purse I had found, it was closed and I had to use the phone by the front door. I didn't actually bother to use the phone, in case I was accused of stealing the purse or shot by a police marksman who mistook the purse for chair leg. I just left the purse by the front door.
