Top chef to visit Caldesi's in Bray

A high class restaurant in Bray will welcome a celebrated chef for an evening on August 6.

Franco Taruschio OBE, and ex-proprietor of the legendary Walnut Treen Inn, in Abergavenny, will be coming to the Caldesi in Campagna eatery on Ferry Road.

Franco will be pairing up with the Caldesi in Campagna team to prepare a delicious set menu of seasonal recipes developed exclusively by Franco himself.

Franco and his wife Ann's cookery books will also be available on the night.
