Car ablaze off A404

A car was abandoned down a country lane and set on fire on Thursday night.
Passing drivers alerted the fire service to the car, which was on a country lane off the A404 towards Maidenhead.
It took firefighters from Maidenhead about an hour and a half to finish putting out the fire and making it safe.
The vehicle was so badly damaged by the blaze it was too difficult to identify the make.
Arson is suspected.
