Windsor Festival preview weekend due in March

Windsor Festival launches its next 40 years this March with a weekend of spring featuring musical, literary, family and community events taking place throughout the town.
Last year saw the 40th annual Windsor Festival. This year's main event in September is being previewed over the weekend of March 18 to 21 with a mini-Spring festival.
Highlights will include former foreign secretary Lord Douglas Hurd sharing his experiences serving in the Thatcher and Major governments.
Berkshire Maestros will showcase some of its best talents and musical styles. There will be classical, choral and gospel performances.
Festival director Martin Denny said: "I am particularly excited by the participation of so much young choral talent. Following the great success of the past 40 years we will have a great deal to celebrate over the years to come."
