Caribbean chicken curry with a crunch was the dish of the day for pupils learning West Indian cooking techniques at a special cost-effective demonstration this week.
Ten pupils took part in the credit crunch cookery session at Cox Green Secondary School as part of the lottery funded initiative Let's Get Cooking.
