Formed in December 2008, Golden Tanks have already shared the stage with some of the biggest UK hardcore bands including Dead Swans, More Than Life, Our Time Down Here, Cold Snap and Diction.

For this Reading-based band who played their first gig in October 2009, 2010 is set to be an exciting year as Golden Tanks have been recording their debut five-track EP with Ben Samson of Lower Than Atlantis, and are due to release it in April 2010.

In addition to this, the band has secured some big support slots for bands such as Stick To Your Guns (US) Lionheart (US) Lower Than Atlantis, Embrace Destruction (IT) Face Your Enemy (NL) and Pay No Respect to name a few.

The fivesome's influences include Maylene and The Sons Of Disaster, Everytime I Die, Norma Jean and The Bronx.
