The pair impressed the judging panel, including French chef Raymond Blanc, to win the reality TV series, and now they plan to bring their relaxed, cheerful and family friendly restaurant to Marlow.
The Cheerful Soul in The Hare and Hounds will initially open five and a half days a week from mid June and will cater for up to 70 heads.
Michele said: "It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and feels like the perfect home for The Cheerful Soul. We have five weeks before opening to craft the restaurant and inject our personality into every detail."
Russell is set to run kitchen operations while Michele is responsible for front of house. Both are set to recruit staff from the local area.
